A comparison report and matching PDF with your assumptions, calculations you can check, dated facts, visible limits and questions you still need to answer. It does not rank locations, predict demand or choose a property.
Source limits, delivery and refunds
Every included address needs verified service-area coverage. Census population, income, jobs and commutes, and FEMA flood maps are optional context: we attempt enabled sources and show their dated results or why they are unavailable. Missing optional facts alone do not trigger a refund. You must check permits, allowed use, property condition and access yourself. Nearby-business counts and traffic counts are not included.
Errors are corrected at no charge. After confirmed payment and complete core inputs, the next two Monday-Friday dates count as business days, excluding U.S. federal holidays and their observed weekdays. The deadline is 12:00 a.m. America/Chicago immediately after day two. If the valid report or essential source evidence is missing at that deadline, you receive a full refund, even if delivery occurs later. Optional inputs do not restart the clock. This remedy does not depend on signing a lease and is not a liability cap.
